Hitachi W0133-1724620-HIT
Had to replace the IAC valve on my 2001 Maxima 3x times previously. This is the fourth. This appears to be a recurring issue with these cars. In a worse case scenario, when the IACV goes, they take out the car's ECM also. I have used replacement Nissan IAC's purchased from the dealer at considerably higher cost. In the most recent case that particular valve went bad in just over a year after purchase. There clearly was no benefit to the additional cost. Fortunately, the last valve's failure did not take the car's computer out as was the case with the previous two (Utilized a modified Nissan ECM rebuilt specifically to prevent this).
